new starter pack, full of great gamers! 🙌🏻🎮 we need a bigger limit on these, because i ran out of space to add peeps. these folks (+ many more that i follow) are worth your time and friendship. 💜 go.bsky.app/LKbuYCD

So bored and in mild pain that I resorted to... *shudder* organizing the bookmarks in my browser. 💀

If you see this post an archer Any excuse to repost this Catching Fire movie poster. Loved it then, love it now. 🔥

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #047 Parasect ⚪⚪ In Nintendo's version of "The Last of Us", the Cordyceps virus has won. Jokes aside, those eyes... (🎨: Yoriyuki Ikegami, Oswaldo Kato, Pani Kobayashi, Satoshi Shirai)

I'm wondering, now that the Witcher 3 player count is higher than ever, have we gotten a discourse cycle out of any of the major choices in the game yet? I'm talking - How to end the Baron quest - Triss vs. Yen (only 1 correct answer 👀) - Best ending (also only 1 correct answer now with W4) - ???

Sunday Morning Setup 🎮☕ Might be the last warm weekend for a while, so gaming with open windows, lol. I'll load up Ghostwire Tokyo when the atmosphere is spookier. For now, it's nice that I can play Against the Storm with just my mouse, so I have one free hand for Tifa. Enjoy your Sunday, friends!

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #046 Paras 🍄‍🟫 "Paras is the mushroom parasite, not the bug" will never not horrify me. Cute art though. (🎨: Kouki Saitou, Naoyo Kimura, Atsuko Nishida, Mizue)

"Well, it is what it is..." 😅

The player character has exhausted all of your dialogue. What is the one line you now say every time you are clicked on?

Happy Caturday of course. Spent 3 great hours talking on the phone with my best friend. Possibly the late-30s version of "touching grass". 😅 Keeping in touch with friends takes effort when you're living countries apart. So she and I plan a phone call every 4 weeks to catch up. So lucky I have her!!

50-hour #AgainstTheStorm check-in! Okay, this is getting out of hand. The fact that I literally see this game when I go to bed & close my eyes means I should take a break, right? 👀 40% of achievements already though - not bad. But somehow I've been stuck on the same difficulty level for 20h now.

It's been a long time since I shared my starter pack Every single one of these people help to make Bluesky my favourite app on my phone Some of the absolute best people in here & I appreciate & love them all very much 💞

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #045 Vileplume Shoutout to Erika being in this artwork twice! There's something about the blue/red color combo I don't quite like, but tbf it does give "poisonous, don't touch", so I get it from a character design pov. (🎨: chibi, Kagemaru Himeno, Jiro Sasumo)

One of these days I'll bite the bullet and subscribe to Crunchyroll for a couple of weeks because I have strong urge to rewatch Attack on Titan. 😭 Random 90 second Youtube videos can only sustain me for so long. Until then, let's just listen to the soundtrack again...

I said I liked it. I didn't say it was good. Post yours!

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #044 Gloom 🤤 As someone who finds drool absolutely revolting, I could never really appreciate Gloom's design. But some of this card art leans more into the psychedelic aspect, which is kinda fun. (🎨: Anesaki Dynamic, Masako Tomii, Marina Chikazawa, Haru Akasaka)

Good morning and happy Friday. 😴 I feel like I missed a looot here this week because there was so much overtime to do at work and no chance to check Bluesky. Sorry if I made you feel ignored! 🙏 This day and the weekend should be less intense. Looking forward to more gaming!

age yourself with a childhood crush 12 year old me would of moved mountains for her. Parents used to tease me 'Hey Daniel, ya girlfriend is on TV' .. like.. endlessly. Parents are asses at times 🤣

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #043 Oddish 🫜 The eternal conflict: poison powder, sleep powder, or stun spore? (🎨: Yoriyuki Ikegami, Minaminami Take, Miranda Branley, Asako Ito)

Is this girl dinner? (It's not. But it should be.)

Goals 2026 - Gaming Edition - Q3 Check-in 🎮 16 completed so far, and 3 "in progress", so unless I only start another 200h game, I should reach 20! 🎮 Only bought 1 new game with my own money (Pokémon Shield), and the 2 new non-backlog games I played (CrossCode and Against the Storm) were gifts!

Ivy 🎮 Ghostwire: Tokyo 🖤🤍💜@ivyinmyheart.bsky.social · 9mo ago

Goals 2026 – Gaming Edition 🎮 Finish* 20 games 🎮 Year of the Backlog! Focus on the 50+ games I already own! Rules: ▫️No new games until 10 backlog ones have been given a fair chance. Discards allowed. ▫️Maximum of 3 new games AND I have to play them immediately. (* i.e. aim for 100% achievements)

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #042 Golbat 🧛 I was surprised to see how little art there was of Golbat, but then I remembered Crobat exists, so that explains it. (🎨: Masakazu Fukuda, Akira Egawa, Kanako Eo, Anesaki Dynamic)

Avatar: Seven Havens is coming out this week, right? Can somebody please: - watch it - listen to what I believe the story and "twists" are going to be based on the trailer - and tell me if I was right or wrong, so I can either skip or watch it respectively? (Not seriously. 😅 But still...)

30-hour #AgainstTheStorm check-in! More rogue-like city building shenanigans. Made it to level 11 and unlocked enough perks and upgrades by this point to semi-reliably win on difficulty level 3 (of 24 I believe?), unless there's an additional world map modifier in place. So... progress!

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #041 Zubat 🦇 "Godd--m Zubats." - Every Gen 1 player ever. (🎨: kawayoo, match, Sumiyoshi Kizuki, Kagemaru Himeno)

I'm always surprised by how different my Bluesky timeline looks when I'm online at a different time than usual. Whenever I have bouts of insomnia and check Bluesky at like 4am European time, it's like... "Who are you, mutual???" 💀 Timezones be timezone-ing.

2nd chapter of #GhostwireTokyo cleared! Love how they applied open world mechanics (collectibles, POIs, quests) with Japanese mythology and a haunted Shibuya. Highlights: ▫️Getting "Johnny and V" vibes from KK and Akito. ▫️CAT SHOP KEEPERS! ▫️Only 1 jumpscare so far, all good. ▫️YOU CAN PET THE DOGS!

Pokémon TCG art appreciation! #040 Wigglytuff 🍧 Isn't it strange that I want to hug it, but can't even really Imagine what its skin feels like? Only that I'd expect its body to be... squishy. Wiggly and jiggly, you might even say. (🎨: En Morikura, REND, Kagemaru Himeno, nagimiso)

Pumpkin soup day!! 🎃 A story in four parts.

Sunday Morning Setup 🎮☕ Trying not to think about the wall of work rolling towards me next week, just enjoying my couch without major chores. More Ghostwire Tokyo for me, but I haven't been able to stick with it for several hours at a time so far. Still love it though. Enjoy your Sunday, friends!
