Back/joint pain isn't normal for your thirties. Ik we all like to joke about "being old lol" but if it hurts chances are you need to stretch/work on your mobility regularly and avoid sitting in crappy positions for hours (saying this as a shrimper myself). 'Use it or lose it' as they say.

I'm going to add to this: if you're looking for something to do to help the most vulnerable in your communities volunteering at a good bank is a great start. Great way to get out of your head and get involved. Also if you need to use a food bank don't hesitate. We all gotta eat.
