Just finished taping with Stephen Colbert who announced his show was cancelled. If Paramount and CBS ended the Late Show for political reasons, the public deserves to know. And deserves better.
This was the order of events: 1. Paramount acceded to Trump’s extortion by paying a bribe. 2. Stephen Colbert calls his employer out for doing that. 3. Paramount fires Stephen Colbert for being honest about Trump. 4. Proving Trump’s bribe worked.
I wonder if all the Jan 6ers know that if they hadn't carried banners for him, had they attacked the Capitol for any other purpose or for anyone other than him, he would have downright relished having their heads caved in by military and police.

They’re not going to get out of this by playing semantics. Sending detailed information about an upcoming military strike on unclassified channels (and even to the wrong guy) is wrong, reckless, and obviously a threat to American troops.
