Large-scale proteomics analysis shouldn't take weeks. Working with frankligy.bsky.social and Mark Yarmarkovich, Tesorai processed 2,500 immunopeptidomics files in under 5 hours—a workflow that previously required more than 4 weeks. Publication: www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
I’ve been re-analyzing a public proteomics dataset and noticed that cancer profiles can look more similar to other cancers than to normal tissue profiles. Is that expected biology, or an artifact of analysis choices?
Proteomics datasets have grown dramatically in size and complexity. Analysis infrastructure needs to evolve alongside the data.
It was incredibly exciting to see our platform ingest and process 4 TB of proteomics data in only 7.5 hours. With MS proteomics studies getting bigger every year, there’s a lot of concern about whether tools can keep up — so seeing it work this smoothly was a massive relief.
Honored to see our work highlighted by Dr. Yu-Ju Chen (Academia Sinica) in her #HUPO2025 plenary talk yesterday. We’re thrilled to support her and her team's groundbreaking research in proteomics and lung cancer.

We’re excited to share that Tesorai will be hosting a booth at the HUPO 2025 World Congress in Toronto! Find us at Innovation Row – Table TP3! Stop by for live demos of our AI-powered platform and try out Tesorai Chat in action.

Intro to Tesorai (Search + Chat) If you're working with proteomics data and tired of writing custom code or clicking through clunky tools, we built something that can help. Tesorai lets you process raw mass spec files quickly. And explore your results just by asking questions in chat. Links below:
Really proud of what our team has built. Being computational biologist for two decades, this is the kind of tool I’ve wanted for myself for a long time. Would love for #TeamMassSpec to give it a try and share their experiences. I’ll be posting more of the impressive things it can do soon!
Why We Built This: We started building Tesorai because we kept running into the same problem: mass spec analysis is still too challenging and tools can be difficult to use. We wanted something fast, reliable, and flexible enough to work with the questions scientists actually have.
So we made it. Tesorai Search helps you process raw data, and Chat helps you explore and visualize the results without writing code. All new accounts come with a generous number of pre-loaded credits that refresh each month. We’d love for you to try it out. massspec #compbio #proteomics
LLMs are changing how we do science. Here's a comprehensive piece by Charlie Kim, comparing how different engines tackle a common scientific task. A real tour de force, and very interesting & helpful read! www.getsciencedone.com/news

Interesting to see how improving identification accuracy in #massspectrometry #proteomics also improves the quantification precision. On the public LFQBench benchmark, Tesorai Search without MBR outperforms tools like MaxQuant, FragPipe, and AlphaPept even when they have MBR enabled!
We are reimagining how search algorithms for #massspectrometry #proteomics should be using AI. Our Tesorai Search prototype, unveiled at #ASMS in June, is now free for academics. Please try it out at console.tesorai.com. Any feedback here or to @tesorai.bsky.social would be much appreciated!
