Yellow rainfall warning issue for Donegal. We have two bands of rain Thursday. The first one will be lighter and move in from the West Thursday afternoon and then a very heavy band of rain Thursday night that will clear Southeast Friday morning. Friday will see sunny spells,showers with strong wind.
Weather very mixed with no clear sign of what’s to come beyond Sunday. Frustrating for farmers trying to find 2 dry days together for silage with some showers around on the better days.

Down to as low as 2c this morning with good sunny spells this morning before showers push into the Northwest this afternoon. Feeling cool in Northwest breeze, feeling much more like autumn today. Wet Thursday followed by sunny spells and showers on a windy Friday.

Lot of cloud Monday with best of any sunny spells in South and East. Scattered showers with heaviest in Northwest. Still up to 20c in South but cooler further North and all areas will feel more like Autumn with cooler air from Tuesday with more showers.
Some scattered showers in the West later and winds increasing with gusts this afternoon. More scattered showers Monday before some heavy rain moves into the West and North Monday night into Tuesday morning. Rainfall amounts very low for East and Southeast up to Tuesday evening.

Red warnings again for Northeast Spain with more intense rain to come. If you have family of friends on holidays make sure they are aware.
While Ireland will see very little rainfall today and tomorrow, parts of Spain are at risk of more flash flooding and this time the Northeast is expected to see highest totals after flooding in other areas in recent days.
Down to 4c and a nice sunrise ahead in the East if you are above the fog.
Rain will clear most areas by around 7-8pm but a little later in Wexford. Some strong gusts this afternoon too.
Heavy rain continues to move East with over 20mm recorded in the West already and some very heavy downpours. Also Gusting up to 83kmh on the West coast. Brighter weather will move into the West this afternoon.

A calmer Wednesday morning but still almost 16k premises without power. A large number of trees down yesterday including parts of this one in Carlow that Mike caught on his dashcam. A mix of sunny spells and scattered showers today and still very breezy.
That heavy rain has arrived in Southeast and will move up the East coast.
