The plan treats Gaza as vacant beachfront property. It is not vacant. It is cleared. There is a difference between vacant land and cleared land. The plan doesn't acknowledge it. Neither does Burnham.

Connect this to Manchester. Investment Zone signed off with the Tories. £160m state aid. Blackstone's land made valuable by public money. Purnell told clients to expect deregulation. Burnham built the architecture that delivers exactly that.
One party is missing from Flint's network: the Greens. Zack Polanski called it out immediately, demanding full disclosure. The Greens oppose freeports, SEZs, post-Brexit state aid exploitation, and deregulatory zone architecture. Their position is the coherent one. No seat at Flint's table.
