It's been a week since the winding down of my social media activity, and I'm feeling somewhat better emotionally. However, I know it's gonna be hard to reconnect with those I've hurt, so I will wait for when I feel ready to do so.

Quick update: I'm starting to slowly get back into social media but on a reduced scale, to prevent stress. My mentality is getting relatively back to normal but I'm withdrawing from social interactions for the time being.
I am considering taking a break from social media. My sanity level is at an all time low and I can't trust myself to be around others. I don't want others to get hurt. I hope you guys understand my decision.
