A quick guide to data collection for LGBTQ+ characteristics
We provide guidance on how to handle data collection with respect to LGBTQ+ characteristics and reasons one may look to use such data. We then outline model questions, various pitfalls one can introduce in questionnaires, and provide guidance on how to update one's questionnaire over time.
