Zach Cregger’s RESIDENT EVIL is outstanding. Far and away one of the best video game adaptations I’ve ever seen, and also one of the best horror comedies I’ve ever seen. Cannot believe how many hilarious beats this movie has without ever diminishing the stakes or sheer terror of the situation.

RIVER was VERY much my vibe! A lean and mean slasher scenario that also rocks the necessary heart and cast chemistry to make sure you care.

Still kinda can’t believe Paranormal Activity is on Broadway … and also can’t believe how well it works on stage. The movies are so tethered to the found footage camera style. Couldn’t help but wonder, how could they possibly spark that same sense of unease on stage?
