Grateful to see people asking for copies of “Healing the Sick Care System: Why People Matter” to share with their care teams. Honored to sign! The book was written to champion the physician-patient relationship and remind us that healing begins with a shared responsibility for well-being.
Health innovation is not the problem. Friction is. Friction lives in workflows, leadership decisions, siloed systems and in moments when technology forgets the human experience it is meant to serve.
