I’m deeply saddened by the passing of A.T. Wall, a dedicated public servant who helped to shape corrections policy across our country. His work proved that justice and humanity strengthen each other. Rest in peace, Director Wall. Your legacy of compassionate leadership endures.

From moving train tracks to relocating 195, the Providence Foundation has helped to shape our capital city through powerful partnerships. @rifoundation we’re proud to support this vital organization and continue the transformational work together. Here’s to 50 years of impact!

Today we remember the lives lost and honor the heroes who responded with courage on September 11, 2001. We carry forward the resilience and unity that emerged, the strength of the American spirit, and our commitment to never forget.

Rhode Island has lost a giant with the passing of Judge Caprio. He ably demonstrated kindness and dedication to justice throughout his life, sharing his gift of compassion with the world and inspiring millions. Rest in peace, my dear friend.

We dedicated Rita Murphy Way today, at Rounds Ave., in Rita’s beloved Providence. A dear friend and colleague for many years, Rita has dedicated her life to selfless public service and to finding solutions for those in need. Thank you, Rita!

The 4th of July has special meaning here in RI, where we led the 13 colonies in renouncing the crown. We’ve always had a fiercely independent spirit, confidence in the ties that bind us as Americans, and great hope for our nation’s future. Happy Independence Day, RI!
