Walker Stewart is SO good at explaining The Stories of matches without doing it all ham-fisted. He does the thing you always want (commentator makes you feel like you know what you're watching even if you're new or lapsed as a fan) but in very natural way that just feels like a pro doing his job.

Sports commentary is probably the best job there is. You basically can just talk and prognosticate and usually be wrong, but there are no repercussions. You just run your mouth and talk about sports as if it’s some deadly serious shit and get paid.
