I kept telling myself, and I kept saying it. FH6's finale, the Goliath. A lap around Japan, with my wheel, in VR, with custom music. I took today off from work, meaning my weekend is almost over. I think it's about time.

It's been like two weeks since the new wheels went on, and thanks to my cheaper brake pads they're already turning brown! Here's how my advice holds up on fresher wheels!

My personal technology curse continues, in an annoyingly creative way. My left Index controller now only tracks when plugged directly into USB. The battery works-ish, the buttons work, it has charge, but it'll only get picked up by base stations when plugged into my PC via USB! I'm fucked. :')
Just had a MASSIVE moment of hyperfixation. "Too hot for VR? Let me sit at my desktop and see what I can do." Two hours later and I've converted one station of several versions of my favorite FH5 soundtrack mod to FH6, and it fucking RULES. ...it's also now two hours later and cool enough for VR.
I'M FUCKING TRYING, COMPUTER (At least this is only the drive with old emulators and game ROMS on it.)
Time for a special drift day/car show day for my birthday! Not at the usual spot though! Today I travel south, to a drift day taking place on hallowed ground in the world of motorsport!
Back home and in the roughly 3 hours I've been gone it's gone up 30%. YEP. No VR tonight!
Nothing to do, no work to worry about, can't use my PC, YouTube is boring me and social media isn't a fun place right now. So glad I have a solution to this: just drive.

Twitch creators appear to be adding 'aioptedout' to their content tags to help indicate to audiences that they have toggled it off. Twitch CPO Mikey Minty was asked about an "opted in/out indicator" yesterday and said they had no plans to implement one for viewers.
I don't think I've seen two people thrown into the wood chipper by their bosses quite like this before. Or, for that matter, the parent company throwing their subsidiary into the angriest possible wood chipper inexplicably installed in the middle of the volcano Heihachi throws Kazuya into. Ouch.

Twitch isn't making Gen AI training *opt-in* because no one would voluntarily choose to opt in. Instead, they are offering an opt-out option.
