I started easing back into free weights training, surgeon said no proper weightlifting chest exercises until October but arms & shoulders with partial chest involvement should be fine now I think👀 Man I've missed training, I feel like I've lost so much muscle 💀

Ever since I moved here my landlord never sent the yearly utility bill info - I always have to ask for it (2 years later, mind you) Because I ALWAYS get a massive refund Last year I got 1500€ back (bill for 2023) and this year I got 1400€ They always hope I forget to ask for it🥲
If the EF artshow goes well and I can find a good 2nd hand offer I might FINALLY be able to get a new tablet Mine is 10 years old now and it shows when I'm working on something slightly bigger It gets very slow and freezes sometimes 💀
Folks, I'm looking for new running shoes (I'm 99% jogging outside - mostly dirt/ gravel, some concrete) I'm specifically looking for shoes that are easy on the knees. Been seeing Asics, New Balance and some Nike's recommended Does anyone have good or bad personal experiences with these?
