For a Twitter pal who needs help urgently. Please spread the word. Thank you x
If a tree falls in the forest, you can just cut oot the bit in the middle and think: fuck it, that'll dae.
Pre-EEG warm-up happening right now in Sandvika. Over the next 24 hours will of course be asking all the Scandinavians we meet if they can play fitba. If so, we'll exclusively reveal that Celtic has bought them. Haud oan! Whit aboot him?... Naw, he's Finnish. 💚💜
White January continues apace with this cracking Muscadet. Just the job with my tin of tuna. #TimsWineClub
Great to see a Glaswegian firm doing so well in Oslo.
Thanks for the tip @gerardkingofvino.bsky.social . Juice Central with a wee bit sparkle to it. Something different.👍
Its Fathers' Day in Norway which means I'm drinking wine and watching The Celtic on the big telly. Well, until my children tell me the want their telly back. #TimsWineClub
@derrymick.bsky.social Flying visit to the dear auld Glesca toon on Friday 17th and Saturday 18th October. Need any long-players picked up?
Been a long time, been a long time, been a long, longly, longly, longly, longly, longly time. So it has.
Just got a knock back from the bank for a loan to build a wheelchair-accessible extension for Finn. Seems we don't have enough money. So I blew my giro on bevvy and oysters, and now I've got no money. That'll teach them.
Here's some I drank earlier, including a Triplette. Think I'll be having that next weekend too. #TimsWineClub
That 17. mai is a load of pish. Everybody in Oslo's cuttin aboot in fancy dress. Whit are they Norwegians like? Wouldn't get away with that rubbish in Glesca, ikke sant @derrymick.bsky.social ?
It's only taken 7 years, but I finally managed to convince La Higgelleta to get rid of the dishwasher. Middle class nonsense! Can people no wash the dishes any more? And anyway, I needed the space for my new wine fridge. Cin,cin! #TimsWineClub
Floorboards lifted in the loft, watched the Celtic win the league, and all set to make the tea when the family come home. A treble you might say.
It was Pinot Noir from Pays d'Oc, in the kitchen, with the cheese knife. Sounds like påskekrim, but this particular Norwegian Blue is most definitely still alive. #timswineclub
Finn's multiple seizures resulting in (another) week off school is no excuse for me not looking my best; you never know when that job offer will come.
Just had a delivery of nappies for my 9 -year-old, Finn. It's great being disabled coz they give you loads of free stuff. Not just nappies, but medicine to keep you alive too! Shame we're no longer in the UK, or he could look forward to getting a job as well.
The sun has set on Finn's 9th-birthday weekend. He celebrated at respite, at school and finally at home. He doesn't eat much, but did manage some waffles with us tonight. Fingers crossed we can do it all again in a year.❤️
Fridge for sale. Comes with jar of piccalilli (unopened).
Finn's getting spoilt rotten at respite. We'll celebrate when he comes home on Monday. I'm also being looked after. #TimsWineClub
