What do @turquoisedeer.bsky.social and I get up to when it's too cold to be lifeguards? We take up curling, and get just as intense on the ice as we do in the water! Who says only one person can push the stone!? That sounds like LOSER talk!!!

Turquoise and Vegard, both deer, are performing a highly illegal tandem push of a curling stone, but when you're curling for Wayland Yutani, the rules don't apply. Both deer are wearing light blue bodysuits and open red crop jackets. Both are holding onto the same stove and each have a broom in their hand, held out to the side. Both have a very intense expression focused on the game.

So I'm still home on bed rest following a surgery. I also have an obsession with Victorian dresses. I've been drawing a lot of these and I haven't seen people very much so I'm going to get over some fear of rejection and judgement and start sharing them here.

Vegard the deer in a bustle dress inspired by a fashion plate from circa 1900. She is being swept back by a fierce wind and is barely hanging onto her hat and umbrella.

This is my Marbled Polecat, Lorea. I don't use her terribly often but I'm still very fond of her. I'll leave the fashion plate that inspired her dress and her reference sheet in the comments.

I wanted to try something different with this one. I took the dress on the left of this Swedish fashion magazine from the 1880s and put my antelope Millie in it with a very dynamic pose.
