Me: No, I don't get seasonal depression. I actually love fall and winter, and thrive when it gets dark. Too much sunshine feels oppressive sometimes, too! Also me: if i don't hear skates on ice or a volleyball spike in the next 17 minutes i will go to bed and scroll in the dark for three hours

In 1982 Omaha, a British family did a year-long house swap with one of our neighbors; they had a kid my age. I understood "bloody" as a classy way to say "dang" from The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe (I think?). I used it in some writing in class and the kid ran home and told his mom on me.

I've progressed in divesting from football but I do have to say that not only does the trailer for Going For Two establish this film is shit from a butt, apparently it also turns the GREATEST GODDAMN CALL IN COLLEGE FOOTBALL into a double entendre about a child's testicles descending?? TO THE HAGUE

If you are looking for a cheap, simple and effective Halloween decoration, I suggest getting a roll of chicken wire. You cut and roll some basic shapes, tie them into a vague human figure, and let the eye fill in details that aren't there. VERY SPOOKY (Photos aren't reat, this was years ago)

A ghostly figure in long skirts seems to be walking out from among some trees at dusk. It's made out of chicken wire and is slightly transparentA slightly blurry photo of a driveway going off into the woods at dusk. Next to the driveway is a ghostly transparent figure, arm outstretched, possibly with a cape, stepping toward the driveway.
