The escalation of ICE raids is by design. The regime is looking for an opportunity to provoke a resistance and suspend rights broadly under a national emergency declaration. The narrative will be “deranged leftist anti-police lunatics are trying to intimidate law enforcement from doing their jobs”

Trump reduced the tariffs on China in exchange for nothing. He paused the tariffs on Canada & Mexico in exchange for nothing. He postponed tariffs on EU in exchange for nothing. He threatened Russia with sanctions if they didn’t sign ceasefire & did nothing. Art of the Deal.

It definitely made sense for the stable genius to start a trade war with Canada and talk about making them our 51st state right before he rolled out a grand plan for a Golden Dome missile defense system that requires the cooperation and help of Canada. Master strategist.

Every time someone quotes one of my posts and states that Missourians deserve to go hungry because the state went for Trump, remember that over 40% of the state voted for Harris. And, children don’t vote. Children are the ones who will go hungry...

Many Americans are being distracted by the vague use of the term “due process,” not constitutional rights—The 5th and 6th Amendments guarantee the right to be informed of charges, face your accuser, and defend yourself. “Due process” isn’t just a buzzword—it’s a foundation of freedom in America

Americans put in the Oval Office a man who does not give a damn about the Constitution or the rule of law, but only about consolidating power & wealth for himself & his cronies. Every day we can see the fateful consequences of this disaster--and We the People must decide how long we'll tolerate it.

Fiscal policy demands stability, and long-term trust, none of which exist when executive actions ignite uncertainty at home & abroad. Until the constitutional balance is restored, major fiscal shifts risk compounding chaos, not solving it. Restraint is not inaction-It is responsible governance.

Dear Congress: Your experiment in enabling an imperial presidency to disrupt global markets and undermine the full faith and credit of the United States—must end. Restore the balance of power. Act with courage and care for the American people and the world. Failure to act is a breach of duty.

No one’s defending criminals, but you don’t get to skip the law. Due process ain’t optional. You toss it for migrants today, tomorrow it’s your kid or spouse. That’s the problem, and they damn well know it. Now stop with this nonsense. Follow the rule of law defined in our constitution. PERIOD!

Friendly reminder. In the United States, criminals are entitled to due process. Even if you pay hush money rig an election, steal top secret documents, or incite a mob to overthrow the government; no matter how egregious your crimes, you’re entitled to due process.

Dear senators who think you can’t do anything, Today, Senator Van Hollen - through diplomatic pressure - got a meeting with Abrego Garcia in El Salvador. So that thing you’re thinking about doing? DO IT. ~ All of Us

It is not the role of the president or vice president to decide who deserves constitutional protections. The Constitution binds them—not the other way around. When leaders claim that power, they step into tyranny.

A lot of people seem to think following the U.S. Constitution is optional—like picking which shoes to wear in the morning. It’s not. If you’re within the boundaries of the United States, the Constitution applies to you.

Before the election, I warned that there is no safe haven under authoritarianism. If they can ship Kilmar Abrego Garcia to a foreign prison—accused of no crime, with no trial—they can do it to anyone. Americans of conscience must stand against this now.

Either the courts get to decide who is a “violent criminal” or “gang member”, or Donald Trump gets to decide. That choice determines whether we are a Republic governed by laws or an autocracy living under a ruler.

When the regime ultimately imposes martial law under a contrived pretext, the “roadblocks” will likely begin with complaint tech companies restricting internet access. Organizers of 1st amendment demonstrations will need to be prepared to communicate in that environment.

Sending U.S. citizens to foreign prisons with vastly different legal standards, human rights protections, and conditions should raise alarms for anyone who values the Constitution. The 8th Amendment prohibits cruel and unusual punishment. That protection doesn’t end at our borders.

The refusal to provide people due process before shipping them off to foreign prisons is criminal and intolerable. It must not be normalized. Everyone who believes in justice and America needs to speak up now.

The president of the United States and the president of El Salvador have conspired to kidnap a man and hold him hostage in an El Salvador prison. This criminality ignores the rule of law and thumbs its nose at a Supreme Court ruling to facilitate his return.
