Gisterenavond eens een sessie yoga (vooral meditatieve sessie) bijgewoond, voor het eerst in 13 jaar (vroeger actief beoefenaar dus). Gestart met stress-level 100, geëindigd met stress-level 33 (Garmin). Ik had het precies eens nodig 🥹 Volgende week dus terug 🫣
