We had a $1000+ utility bill bc of a major leak and we had gotten them to put a good chunk of it on a payment plan but bc my roommate paid his portion 8 hours after the due date they completely canceled the plan and are making us pay the entire remaining balance or we will be shut off. PLEASE HELP 😭
