Too much text to put in one post but tl;dr: I REALLY need a rollator so I'm advertising my comms and Ko-fi shop again! Shares are super appreciated! ko-fi.com/amirisqueer

Hi, it's me, the one billion health issues and expenses guy!

I have determined that a cane is not enough of a mobility aid for me anymore; I need an all-terrain rollator. Basically, I need to be able to stop, sit down, and rest whenever I'm out, to avoid overexerting myself and getting calf cramps. I have noticed that sitting down and relaxing my legs from time to time helps quite a bit to reduce pain and fatigue.

I specifically need an all-terrain rollator since I need to walk outdoors a lot, be it to/from class or work, or going out in the field to collect data for my courses. This would be nothing short of life changing for me, and would greatly help to restore my mobility.

So! I need $250 for the rollator I've got my eye on. My savings account is a bit skinny given that I just paid off part of my tuition (and I've also got a trip to see my friend coming up in October), so I'm once again advertising my commissions and Ko-fi shop. I've got head shot and full body commissions available, as well as some leftovee adoptables and several physical pieces of art for sale. You can also just donate, if you'd like!

Thanks for reading, and for sharing this if you do so!

Who's that Pokemon??? #WIP #FurryArt

Digital art. Silhouette of an anthropomorphic animal of some sort. One hand is curled towards the viewer and the left side of the animal dissolves into a mass of tendrils.

Doodled one of my oldest characters (10 years old last month) #FurryArt

Digital art of a toony white and purple canine. His ears are pushed down by a black and purple ball cap and he has dark green tunnels in them, as well as dark green studs on the bridge of his nose and his forked pink tongue. Beside him is an old microsoft paint pixel drawing of him much more simply drawn, as well as the name "Noxicity"

Good Dog #FurryArt (?)

Digital art of a tan and black mixed breed dog character named Good Dog. She is clearly a bully breed mix, with a broad head, cropped ears, and a big chest. She has small white markings on her paws, muzzle, chest, and tail tip. Her eyes are a light golden brown, her nose and belly are pink, and she has scars across her face and body that are noted to be from zombies. She has a rope around her neck like a collar, with a frayed end dangling from the knot. A note mentions that it has been chewed through but she won't talk about it, as well as that it's tied a little too tightly.

Hyena Sphinx Adopt! Taking $30 OBO #FurryArt #FurryAdopt

memories of being small #DigitalArt #FurryArt

Digital doodle comic featuring an anthropomorphic brown and white stoat with long straight hair. Panel one shows him from the waist up, with one paw raised. He says: "Not too long ago, I was talking about childhood memories, and I drew a little diagram of how I experience my own, and then one that was how I imagined MOST people experience childhood memory." There is also an aside that reads: "I don't even remember the context... I kind of just take any excuse to draw a diagram..." His speech bubbles continue below, wrapping around various objects. "My diagram showed memory events that were fully disconnected from chronology. Imagine a shelf full of disorganized knick-knacks." Near this bubble is a collection of items, including a snow globe, miniature stone obelisk, copper spiral necklace, and a bloodstone fox carving. He says in smaller text: "less optimistically: a shattered mirror." Shards of glass are visible near this bubble. In normal text again: "My second diagram showed memories with a relatively consistent pattern. Imagine a filing cabinet--a few of the older files are missing, but it's well organized. To the left is an open manila folder with papers and photos inside, and to the right is a stack of more folders. There is a tiny toony version of him as a feral stoat (with no human-like hair), saying "Not like MY filing cabinet, which is a complete mess." (alt text continued in next image)

green gargoyle-lion, jack-in-the-pulpits, and sand-myrtle geometers. From 2022.

a paint pen and colored pencil illustration of a green lion with bat wings and horns, standing on all fours and staring directly at the viewer. Multiple jack-in-the-pulpits - a plant with large, three-lobed leaves, pitcher-like flowers, and red fruits - are at the lion’s feet. Three sand-myrtle geometers - a yellowish moth with mauve bands - surround around the lion, including one sitting on the lion’s mane and a second on its tail.

thinking about the popularity of so many "redraw trends" and plagiarism of compositions by all sorts of artists (it comes up often for gposing but 2D artists do it too). i have to sum up my discomfort with it as follows: it's artists treating other artists the same way A/I treats art as data
