At 11. NPT Review Conference: LI reaffirmed the NPT as the cornerstone of non proliferation, warned of rising nuclear risks and stalled disarmament efforts, denounced DPRK’s ongoing nuclear buildup, condemned Russia’s nuclear threats and rejected Iran’s illegal nuclear ambitions.

This week LI, with the core group, convened informal consultations on our "27.3" draft resolution. The draft seeks to apply the part of the Charter stating that a "party to a dispute" shall not vote on certain Security Council resolutions.
