With so many virtual meetings, the US should establish a SVMT (Standard Virtual Meeting Time). Then we could just say "We'll meet at 3pm SVMT" and no one will have to worry about time zones, daylights savings time, or whatever the heck schedule Arizona follows.

Work etiquette pro tip: if you have an employee who is moving offices, and they don't particularly want to do so, move their stuff for them. Don't make them come in when the new person is already ensconced and try to extricate their work materials.
