This is Mtp. He is a new Pandemos. A pandemos is a three tailed pink and cream colored kitsune goddess of indulgence, that can ascend in many universes. Usually such apotheosis is caused by an excessive level of indulging in one thing another. Mtp was a human guy who inherited a fortune and used this money to constantly keep himself as the top player of any games that let you pay for advantages. It got so excessive, he ascended into that world's Pandemos. Due to the nature of his ascension, his powers are micro-transaction themed.

Sometimes Pandemoses can meet each other, and this sketch was meant to be a one-off joke. Every Pandemos has a star, though the locations vary. When it was pointed out that me putting it on the art looked like an MMO emblem location, it was joked he ascended through pay-to-win, and a one-off joke turned into a small character I expected to draw for one day... but ended up becoming such a recurring character.

This sketch was drawn a bit later, but I wanted to capture how he felt about the changes when they first happened. He's a deity now, that's awesome, right? The Pandemos default form is conventionally attractive. Surely things can only go well for him, right? It's such a shame he has to pay for every use of his powers... something most versions of Pandemos don't have to worry about.

Yeah... Turns out when your deity powers cost money, you burn through any amount of savings rather quickly. Especially when you're new and find out how easy it is to trigger them without meaning to. He's never had to look for a job before... He's not very good at it. That's okay though. He can just use those same powers to guarantee the position, right?
