Out-of-court dispute settlement (ODS) is sometimes criticized as a non-state remedy that does not easily align with traditional notions of the rule of law. In a recent interview with beck-aktuell, I argue that ODS actually addresses systemic failures in rights-based regulation, such as the #DSA.
