Dunno how popular an opinion this is, but VRChat boops are a nice way to say "Hi" to someone if you aren't able to meet up at the time. I like using them with friends if I wanna say "goodnight" but won't be able to jump into their instance and don't wanna send a TG note.
I don't have enough coding experience and expertise to cleanly write out what I need, but I have enough skill and background to figure out what direction I need to take and where to start looking for guidance. No AI needed, and fuck that shit for what I want to achieve.
This is amazing. It really nails the "need to fix" when sometimes what you need is just "to be heard" or even more simply "to not be alone". You don't want to push someone away just for well-intentioned yet misguided efforts, but it's a struggle to ask for what you really need sometimes.

Had to fiddle with the bed position so that cats can't walk behind it (already can't walk under it now), but still have access to the outlet for the CPAP machine coming on Wednesday. Now to utilize more of that space in all those drawers I made, and clean the closet out a bit. Nightstand for toys!!

It can be a busy chaotic and turbulent life, but all in all, I have it fairly good. Stable (and often stressful job), plenty of creative outlets and diversions, and a score of reliable friends to share it all with. Now to focus on some goals this weekend.

Tonight I'm finally going to finish with all this furniture building, and the cats can finally get back into the bedroom. Don't want to share pics yet, until the place is a bit more cleaned up but I'm rather proud of the solo work done to get most of these pieces together on my own. (Bed was 2man)
