According to our research, food costs are 50% higher without internet access. Those that are digitally excluded are facing more challenges than just being offline, no data and no device means it’s harder to shop around and find discounts.

Online communities are growing but not everyone has access to connect. “Just join the group chat.” isn’t always possible if you don’t have a smartphone, or the app, or even know it exists. Being logged out leads to being left out.
