Goodbye France! It was a short but sweet visit, didn't realise how much I missed it. More frequent, longer trips are definitely needed.

Trying to shove as much frenchness into this short weekend visit, for lunch it was foie gras then tartare 😎

Let me move to France ffs 😭😭😭 Everything is so good, so reasonably priced, eating out doesn't break the bank, quality of ingredients is insane.. Just the whole quality of and style of life is so much better than terf island.

Oh, today is apparently my birthday. It feels like the least birthday-ish of birthdays lol, barely even thought about it this year - I'm 31,which is like the least important birthday of all of the lol. Plus I'm working today 😭 Off to France this weekend though, so that'll be nice~

Well, today I beat my brain & did 2 things I've been avoiding for a long time: -Referred myself to my GP for a medical issue I've had my entire life but never spoken to anyone about. -Reached out to my work's wellness provider to seek counselling. There's still time to chicken out, but we'll see.

It's September the 6th, orchestra has returned, which means (as every musician knows) it is Christmas time. 3 hours of Christmas music and it's still basically summer outside x.x

Got my trumpet serviced, chemical cleaned, and my GOD is it nice. Genuinely shocked at how much of a difference it's made. They even did all 3 of my mouth pieces, which was a surprise. Yay for the shine :3

What's with the new trend of delivery drivers ringing your bell, dumping your parcel on your doorstep and walking off before you even get to the door?
