On this week's episode of Below Deck, my favourite trashy reality show, the charter guests asked for a 'furry' themed dinner party. It ultimately consisted of the *most* vanilla, white toast, rich normies all in their overly-fitted linen suits wearing $2 cat ears and tails. Bless their hearts.

With a lack of games to play on my previous-gen console, thought I'd give Ghost Recon Breakpoint a go. Big open world, exploring opportunities, stealthily clearing out areas, right up my street! ...except so far it's like they went out of their way to make the most boring, finicky game possible.

I absolutely love that cons have started outsourcing security to 3rd party contractors. At nearly every convention I've attended that didn't have pros running it, there've been awful instances of untrained, power tripping volunteers chomping at the bit to intimidate and throw their weight around.

Anyone watched Shipwrecked: Nightmare at Sea? The Netflix doc about the Costa Concordia. Whew that is one great documentary. That moment near the end, the dad thanking God for saving them... the producer chiming in with "John, she survived because of you". Floods of tears, what a great moment.
