I was given these tips when I went for my routine skin cancer check: 1. Apply an hr before going into sun ideally 2. Factor 50 esp on face / shoulders etc 3. Don’t forget ears and eyelids 4. Cover up if you think you’re burning 5. Wear sunglasses to protect eyes

A beautiful blue shark, who I named Delilah, finding a snack and realising it’s a jellyfish 😂😂😂 you can hear me laugh. She was so sassy. The others were lovely too but Delilah was constantly coming up to me and investigating my camera so I formed a soft spot for her. 😍😍🦈

So the polls are open in Makerfield…… let’s see how this plays out. Personally- I’d really like to have some stability. No leadership contests or elections for a few years. Not a Labour voter personally but I think we could do with less upheaval and disruption.

Great day meeting F1 driver, Nico Hülkenberg before we went on stage to talk about F1 & some quick fire questions I regretted when he said pineapple on pizza was a delicacy. (He did say he’d prefer caving over climbing 😂💪).
