Yesterday was a very rare snow day for us. Alice was very interested, Orion less so. Perseus decided it was a good day to stick to the warm blanket.

My kitties are feeling kind of chilly. Alice, Perseus, and Orion gathered on the warmth of the electric blanket, then, when it automatically switched off, moved closer and closer together.

Never waffle on whether or not you want waffles. ‘Waffle’ (food) is from the Dutch ‘wafel.' It's akin to the Old High German word for “honeycomb” & the Old English word meaning “to weave.” ‘Waffle’ (to flip-flop/waver) is from the obsolete ‘woff,’ meaning “to yelp.”
