Here's a thought -- instead of describing a new tech in terms of the problems you hope it solves, describe it in terms of the problems it's likely to create. If we took on the more modest goal of creating interesting new problems, at least all this would make sense ...

Content moderation is mostly human problems with a thin tech coating. If you think it’s fundamentally a set of tech problems, you’ll never even make it to the part where the failures get interesting.

For folks new to trust and safety, a thought — your language should always show the due humility that fundamentally human problems require. Don’t say “we’re solving x.” You are solving nothing. You’re at best making a novel collage. Which is ok. Don’t sound like Jared off to “fix” the middle east.
