Not what you expect to find when you look in the moth trap at 2:30am! Male Migrant Hawker. How it got inside the Skinner trap without damaging itself was amazing.

Whilst mounting a rescue mission to save our few remaining Brimstone caterpillars in the Buckthorn from the beaks of Blue Tits, it was pleasing to find several Holly Blue caterpillars that they had missed!
