No! The reason poverty exists is because it instills fear of losing one's job & that fear is aimed at inhibiting individuals' struggles against their own exploitation & alienation. Poverty - the bottom of capitalists' income & wealth hierarchies - is functional to their control of them both.

This guy followed my wife and son home from the park. he had a chip and we found the owner lived 25 miles away from us. We returned him and the next day we received a call from the owner asking us if we wanted to keep him. Meet Boomer.
