Political violence in America overwhelmingly comes from the right wing.
Republicans twist free speech to mean they can say anything without criticism. Charlie Kirk, (possibly) shot for “speaking his mind,” is recast as untouchable. Criticize his racist, violent views and you’re no better than the shooter. Fascist logic: Their speech is free, yours is silenced.

Trump refuses to rule out pardon for Jeffrey Epstein’s child-sex-trafficking co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell.
Just to be clear: We’ve gone from Trump promising to release all the Epstein files, to Trump apparently preparing to pardon Epstein’s pimp. And MAGA loves it. These people will flip on any previous conviction, even child sex trafficking.
In a disaster, the bare minimum we expect of our government is to answer the damn phone.
