4/6 This is where we were surprised: we built Nyx for our lab, it generalised well beyond it. The same pipeline worked across mice 🐭, rats 🐀, humans 🧑, a jackdaw 🐦 and a tegu lizard 🦎. Across early development through ageing. Across different brain regions and intracranial recordings.

🌙 Our new preprint is out! We present Nyx, an open-source unsupervised framework for sleep scoring across species, lifespan and modalities. Validated on 19 datasets and 8,000 hours of sleep, from mice to humans, lizards and birds, across development, ageing, health and disease.
