It’s NYE - don’t drink and drive. If the danger wasn’t enough, APD has a protocol in place that will REQUIRE you to provide a breath/blood sample if officers suspect you’re driving drunk. As for the folks in the headline who refused, PD got a warrant that required them to take the test anyway.
