LLMs also get skewed by how the media reports on something. If a medicine for example gets reported on as innovation (which happens more often than actual useful innovation because "eh" doesn't make for good articles) this can become truth in an LLM response

Okay, but do you think there might also be a chance the plausibility generators surface papers by men more often than women, for instance?
