Works stupid Holiday rules and the annoying rota system they brought in last year is frustrating... Cus unless otherwise, there might be a chance I will not be able to go to NFC next year.😔

Looking at the cities: skylines subreddit and seeing the game now makes me kinda sad. The fact that Colossal order really messed up on so many things, to only have Iceflake studios fix a lot and communicate better and make massive improvements... It begs a question.. 😔

a Reddit post by Reddit used 'u/ Zookeepergamelll1399' titled "Mariina Hallikainen, CEO of Colossal Order, says Unity was a major problem and that they overestimated its capabilities, although they're working on a new simulation game, a...more"

it involves a screenshot of a quote that reads: "When we started to work on the sequel, we very much built all the plans toward features that were not finalized in the engine. So, we basically wanted to future- proof the game. We were all the time thinking that we will be working on this game for possibly up to 10 years, post launch," Hallikainen said.a Reddit screenshot of a comment by 'TehEvO' that reads:

At initial launch, I thought through my own reasoning and reading that this was entirely a Paradox caused problem. They had pushed their partner developer release something before it was ready. But as times goes on and more and more is revealed, I know this was not the case. Let me be clear, I am in no way absolving Paradox of their faults, but their portion is only really 30% of the problem. CO should have really known that using an engine for a feature set that wasn't ready yet would lead to all sorts of issues, and that's even if they managed to avoid performance issues with the game, they would still face delays on switching on things they wanted the game to do. Paradox shouldn't have been so hands off with giving CO the freedom to develop in such a way.

Iceflake have a great climb ahead of them, but so far they are doing well and are giving themselves achievable goals and making gradual steps to make the changes they need to.a Reddit screenshot of 2 comments.

the top comment by 'seattlezookeeper' reads:

That doesn't explain the horrible communication or the absolutely poor release or a not even ready beta or the bad beach life DLC.

That wasn't a technology problem that was a C.O. organization problem.

I wish C.O. the best of luck in the future endeavours but they really soiled the reputation with the last two years of Missteps with CS2.

the comment below by 'Finner669' reads: Who is gonna tell them.

Was told last night my parents have given up getting my dad his operation down here. So they're flat out moving up north next year. I'm gonna need a new job and find a place to stay asap if I wanna stay down south. 😔

I never wanted to say this in a post but It blows my mind... Why is like half the Australian furry community this horrible and awful publicly to someone who is on the verge of fucking suicide????
