The goal is to give teachers power in articulating their vision of education, and to give parents language they can use to advocate against AI/screens/corporate curricula and explain what a moratorium on AI makes possible.
Part II looks at "humanizing pedagogies," and what an emphasis on progressive, culturally responsive education looks like w/out screens.
Part I looks at this question from the perspective of the "educational-industrial complex," examining questions of how we got to the point where AI exists in schools because the tech broligarchy decided it should.

I called WHYY in Philadelphia. The person I spoke to agreed that it was damaging and not in line with WHYY's mission, and logged my complaint. The Philly number is 215-351-0511 if you're in the area.

Agreed that this is a good segment. There is not a single component of the AI stack that is not antagonistic to human welfare. An interviewee in this segment compares this to noise torture, and anyone exposed to constant noise of this sort knows it’s hostile to one’s wellbeing.
