Still spots available for this exciting workshop on Transcriptional Memory! 🧬 A unique meeting bridging chromatin epigenetics and gene regulatory networks, with an amazing lineup of speakers and great opportunities for discussions and networking. Oct 20-22 | Baeza, Spain 🇪🇸
Epigenetics means different things for different people. In this workshop we will discuss two major views anchored on transcriptional memory: chromatin vs networks. Come and share with us our excitement for the topic and the magnificent place, the Andalusian Baeza. urldefense.com/v3/__https:/...
The list of speakers is very nice, mixing the two fields in synergy. Many abstracts will be selected for oral presentation.

Our new review in @cp-trendscellbio.bsky.social is now online! We discuss the connection between the epigenome, 3D genome folding, gene expression and cellular memory, specifically in loop extrusion-independent contexts.
3D genome folding in epigenetic regulation and cellular memory
Ever wondered how 3D chromatin rewires during differentiation? We wanted to understand this process better & distinguish if different processes or elements drive this rewiring. To do so, we used mESC=>NPC differentiation and focused on a single locus. biorxiv.org/content/10.110… 1/17
