reminder that it's not "age verification", it's "identity verification" true age verification needs nothing more than self reporting. if you say you're 18+ and you're not then that your responsibility. websites shouldn't have to care about more than that.

That’s absolutely ridiculous! Sonic is their mascot! As an IP and a game, Sonic the Hedgehog is ICONIC. It’s up there next to gaming classics like Super Mario, Pacman, Tetris, Pong… etc. I’m sure they changed their minds after the success of the live-action movies.
