Can diet influence how the heart responds to exercise? In this new publication from Drs. Kyle Fulghum, Helen E. Collins, and Bradford Hill, in The Journal of Molecular and Cellular Cardiology, investigated whether dietary branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) affect exercise-induced cardiac growth.
