What Do Feelings Do When No One Is Looking I love this book and read it to young people whenever I can! As I told Enzo’s class, to identify emotions is the first step to learning to manage them and once you do that they can become your superpower!

A little bit more on this, because when I say @FordhamPolo is the best story in sports I’m not just being Tony. Jason Gay @jasongay is the one who coined it for the @WSJ last month and it’s only gotten better. 32-0. 12 wins vs ranked teams. Mid American Championship, for the 4th straight year.

When I was asked to work with a voice coach I did so gladly! At one point we somehow settled on tongue twisters as a good thing and now I try to work them in whenever I can! Scripts have become side quests!

Let's hear it for the New York City Lions! They'll play in the NYCYFL CHAMPIONSHIP GAME in Brooklyn tomorrow night. I told them what I tell every team: it's about work and fight and feelings and gratitude! The Lions are part of the Run to Daylight Education Program!
