La petite révolution, c'est d'installer une appli de filtrage genre Dois-Je Répondre, de bloquer cette liste de préfixes (sans oublier les *) en "décrocher puis raccrocher", et de bloquer les appels de numéros cachés. Certainement pas d'attendre une loi pour des gens qui ne la respectent pas.
