that's all perfectly reasonable, but I think the marketing campaign that 'we are weird guys in sf who are going to wipe out all middle-class jobs' which you all know is the basis for any future existence of your companies is not wise

I think it's interesting that you can tell claude "sorry you cut out because my computer turned off, keep going" and it can conceptualize being contingent on a running computer in a way that early llms likely couldn't because that experience wasn't in their training data

I can understand each of the individual decisions that led to "claude code shows you a huge command with an rm somewhere and asks you if you want to approve it and tells you it will be auto rejected if you don't respond in 2 minutes" but the resulting aggregate user experience is disastrous

very impressed by ruba ghazal as a leader overall, I think with another week or two, QS could've matched 2022 (but the PCQ would probably have also made further gains so double-edged sword)
