We completed another mass drug administration campaign to fight blinding trachoma, distributing over 8 million treatments in 48 districts in Amhara, Ethiopia. This could not have happened without the Ministry of Health, 7,400 health extension workers, and 1,060 field supervisors and coordinators.

The Center supported the training and deployment of citizen election observers for Michigan’s primary elections this week. Trained volunteers observed early in-person voting and Election Day processes at 66 voting locations in nine counties, increasing transparency & strengthening public confidence.
