Coventry was a hotbed of bicycle manufacture, which naturally led to it becoming one of the British centres of motor vehicle manufacture as well, and in wartime also produced aircraft engines - hence the reason it was targeted in November 1940.

The right way to pace the frontier is to commit to a robust, open-source AI ecosystem, thereby diluting the power of these badly behaving frontier labs.
