Anyway here's a picture of my dog. He sleeps in his beanbag a lot because it's a big soft supportive nest for him, but this morning I found him snuggled up with his blankie.
Anyway here's a picture of my dog. I always walk the treat aisles with him when we're at the pet store because he loves to smell all the different treats. He knows he's not supposed to eat or lick them so he just politely goes from bin to bin sniffing everything.
If Nelson could always be with me, and I didn't get stress dreams sometimes, I think I like dreaming more than being awake.
Anyway here's a picture of my dog. The bad news is that his tummy is bothering him. The good news is that he gets to eat cooked ground beef with rice for a few meals.

2 different workers at FreshCo told me they don't have tahini. I was like man, FreshCo ain't got tahini like Safeway ain't got mayonnaise. Long story short: FreshCo has 2 different brands of tahini.

I was going to get a pic of Nelson down by the river for y'all tonight, but he rolled in, and covered himself with dog poop before we even got out of the alley. He and all his gear got a hose bath as a result. He wasn't pleased, but he's nice and clean now. Dogs. 🙄
I don't want to over-share, but I've been talking some positive steps and I tried something new today and it worked really well and I'm super happy about it. 🎉

I got a 2nd degree burn on the center of my upper lip from a store-brand frozen jalapeno popper and now I'm like "What am I even doing with my life?"
I'm learning that it's not about never feeling the dark feelings, it's about improving how quickly I can return to the light.
