For Music Artist and Listeners: The "industry plant" method was not very fruitful for labels via, marketing and blowing up who they think could fit the image of a demographic and make money. Now its being sought out for artists that can build their own community.

I ran into someone that has been around the fandom for a while, and told me that what i’m doing along with others is what they wanted to see from the fandom when they joined, and that was such a inspiring thing to hear and as much of a realization about the scope of what it means to do what I do🧡

I think it was really something to see at fwa the amount of people that recognized me and wanted to chat just as myself, and just the aspect of people appreciating me for who I am and my work is satisfying in a truly wonderful way.
