Noa Essengue is one of the hottest names in the draft space right now. He's been a really important player on a really good Ratiopharm Ulm team. He's a prime candidate to shoot up the draft board in the final week. #nbadraft
Yanic Konan Niederhauser was the big combine riser this year. He rose so much that he decided to stay in the draft and it will likely be the right call. He's an athletic big man that is a lob threat. Defensively he's still pretty raw but he's got good tools. #nbadraft
Ryan Nembhard is a smaller PG who is a high level passer. I hate that he's 6'0 because if he was 3 inches taller, he'd be in the conversation for the first round. He'll likely tear up summer league but I see him more as an overseas guard. #nbadraft
Caleb Love has been in draft conversations for years now. We know who he is. A shot chucking guard who can really shoot but can't run an offense at a high level. We will see what happens if he can scale down his role. #nbadraft
Kobe Sanders is a big PG who was quietly having a good season at Nevada. He went to Portsmouth where he showed improved mobility and footwork on the defensive end. This really caused him to be shot up in the rankings for NBA teams. #nbadraft
Cedric Coward has been the hottest name in the draft over the past few weeks. He barely played at Washington State but has an incredible work ethic, knows who he is, can really shoot, and has insane tools. #nbadraft
Nique Clifford really changed my mind this year. I was a skeptic last year but I'm now sold. He's a wing that can do it all. He had another year of sample of shooting the ball. He handled the ball and truly was playing at an All-American level down the stretch. #nbadraft
Carter Bryant is a defensive minded wing with NBA size. He can hit catch and shoot shots when open. He wasn't utilized very well at Arizona but teams seems a lot more potential. There are questions about his on-ball creation but could be a high level role player. #nbadraft
Egor Demin is the best passer in the class coming in at 6'9. He's got obvious limitations but you don't get players like him very often. A lot of what he needs to work on is very fixable. There might not be a bigger boom or bust prospect in this class. #nbadraft
Arthur Kaluma has been on NBA draft radars for a long time. A defensive minded wing with NBA size and strength. If he shoots it, he has the potential to be a high level role player but he's got to be able to buy into his role. #nbadraft
Tre Johnson is an elite shot maker with good size. It's not easy to put up nearly 20 PPG but he did it. The defense needs to improve but it's fixable stuff. Once he gets a coach that runs sets at a high level, Tre Johnson could be an elite off ball. #nbadraft
VJ Edgecombe was one of the most hyped up players heading into the season. Overall, I'd say his season was a little disappointing but he still showed great potential. He shot better on pull-ups than expected but worse around the rim than expected. #nbadraft
Matthew Cleveland has been an example of an ultimate tease for the past four years. He's been on NBA draft radars all this time, has good size and athleticism and can shoot. This season, he had a really good year on a horrific Miami team. He'll get a chance by somebody #nbadraft
Jamir Watkins has been a favorite of mine for the past couple years. He didn't exactly take a step forward this season but his stock stayed pretty stagnant due to his athleticism and size. The NBA Draft Withdrawal Deadline is today, I have no idea what he does. #nbadraft
Alijah Martin is a tough nosed guard who does all the dirty work. He makes winning plays and was a big part of some really good college basketball teams. He's a little undersized but could find a way to make it in the league. #nbadraft
I do this a bit in advance of when I publish them. I had Milos Uzan's done and he withdrew. I think he made the right call by withdrawing and going back to Houston. I like the idea of him, but you can get players like Uzan on a minimum if you really wanted to. #nbadraft
Alex Condon broke out this season at Florida and established himself as a legitimate NBA prospect. He's an offensively minded big man that might be able to shoot it down the line. The question is the defense and how effective he'll be. #nbadraft
Walter Clayton was the hero of the NCAA Tournament. He helped win the title after losing in the round of 64 the year before. He displayed his shot making ability and made big plays in the clutch. The only catch is he's pretty small and not really a PG. #nbadraft
Asa Newell was a top HS recruit that played really well at Georgia this season. He's not the most athletic or the biggest big man, but he was a good rim finisher. He's smart and does have potential to shoot it. The question is whether or not he does. #nbadraft
Sion James is a real deal defender who can really pass the ball. He's got decent size and strength for a wing. The question is how he does anything offensively. He'll need to play with a great passer so that he can score off ball in order to have a chance early on. #nbadraft
Tyrese Proctor was one of the most infuriating players to watch for Duke fans. He was a constant tease with his size and abilities but would make frustrating plays in games. He really improved as a shooter and off ball player this year. #nbadraft
Khaman Maluach has been one of the most polarizing players in this class. He's got all the tools you'd want out of a big man but he had an underwhelming statistical season. He's got the potential to shoot it even if it's not very likely. #nbadraft
Kon Knueppel was one of the most impactful freshman in the country this year. An absolute sniper from 3, is strong ,and has decent size for a 2/3, he'll get a lot of attention. He's not the fastest but he's impactful. #nbadraft
Cooper Flagg is one of the best prospects of the decade. He dominated college as a 17 year old and won NPOY. I imagine he plays some PG in his first year in Dallas given their lack of PG's with Kyrie out. Then will transition more off ball later. #nbadraft
Tahaad Pettiford is an electric scoring guard who's really athletic. He's got a lot of potential at the college level, but the question is whether or not NBA teams view him as a real player in the league and give him a guaranteed contract to keep him in the draft. #nbadraft
Yaxel Lendeborg was one of the best mid-major players in the country this season. He's got ideal wing size and can do a multitude of things on the court. If he doesn't stay in the draft, he'll transfer to Michigan where he'll have a similar role to Wolf this year. #nbadraft
LaBaron Philon is a smart guard who can score in a variety of ways. He's got good size and doesn't make a ton of mistakes. He needs to develop physically before he makes a real impact but he's got the tools be a starter in the league. #nbadraft
Mark Sears had an underwhelming year that was riddled with inconsistency. He had moments but other times it felt like he was "too cool for school." He's an electric scorer that can pull up from NBA range. He's strongly built but doesn't have great measurements. #nbadraft
Johni Broome was one of the best players in college basketball this season. He's an undersized big man who's physically imposing. He's dominated everywhere he's gone and has shown a bit of an ability to shoot the ball. He'll be an interesting name to watch pre-draft. #nbadraft
Payton Sandfort had an underwhelming season after breaking out last year. His efficiency dropped and he stagnated in everything else. He's also dealing with a torn labrum and will miss out on the pre-draft process. It'll be interesting to see what teams do with him. #nbadraft
